Hobbies

When I'm not at work, I spend much of my time either with my guitar or with my face buried in a book. My wife is a flight attendant for Alaska Airlines, which gives us the freedom to travel frequently, and I find joy in the fascinating cultures, histories, and architectures that can be found all around the globe. As far as my personal writing projects are concerned, I've recently completed a novel set in 15th century Florence. The story bends both historical-fiction and fantasy genres, coming to rest in relatively new literary territory wherein demons and religion dominate the world of the Italian Renaissance.
